Sales & Acquisitions

We’re pleased to offer our customers an acquisition service. Seen something on TV or in a magazine and want to try it out for yourself with no obligation to purchase? Give us a ring and we’ll do everything we can to make that happen.

Clinical Assessments

Every customer is unique; with their own backstory, individual requirements and differing expectations. For the more clinically-specialised products (powerchairs and active-wheelchairs) we combine an empathetic approach with the latest in best practice taken from the field of clinical engineering. Your product is tailored to you ensuring all your needs are managed correctly.

Servicing & Repairs

Your mobility is important to you, and therefore it’s important to us too. To keep you moving if things go wrong, we hold a number of key components in stock to prevent you waiting for parts. If you can’t come to us, we can come to you and what’s more, we complete the majority of our repairs without needing to bring your product back to the workshop.


We hire wheelchairs (transit and self-propel) and scooters (car transportable, class 2 and class 3).

Wheelchairs are charged at £30 for one week, with each subsequent week £15 payable in advance.

Scooters are £60 for week one, and £30 per week thereafter.


It’s entirely up to you whether you choose to insure your product or not, regardless of what type, size or speed it can do. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of insurance or extended warranty with us we’d be pleased to assist. We work very closely with an insurance company we highly recommend called Lockton Insurance. If you want, we can obtain a no obligation quote for you at the point of purchase to assist you in your decision making.
